Google Cloud Storage: Good News! Google Will Provide You A free Upgrade To 1TB Of Storage Space, Here's What You Need To Know

Google cloud storage: Google has stated that it will soon release additional features for users of "Workspace Individual," such as an increase in storage capacity and advancements in email personalization for all customers. These additions will be introduced in the near future.

Instead of 15 GB of secure cloud storage, the Workspace Individual account will soon have 1 TB

In a weblog, Google stated that all accounts will receive an automatic upgrade from their previous storage capacity of 15 GB to a capacity of 1 TB when the company rolls out this feature.

Most Workspace Individual users will no longer have to worry about running out of storage space in Gmail and Drive after this update.

Users do not need to be concerned about accidentally exposing themselves to malware by opening a document because Google Drive comes with built-in security against malware, spam, and ransomware.

Users can now add mail merge tags

With the built-in mail merge update, users can now add mail merge tags like @firstname to emails that are sent to more than one person. This way, each recipient gets a unique email that seems like it was made just for them.

However, by default, multi-send emails have an unsubscribe link, which enables recipients to opt-out of receiving future communications and removes them from the mailing list.

Workspace Individual is also being introduced for the first time in a number of new nations and territories by Google, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, and Greece.

The US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Australia, and six countries in Europe are some of the other places where business owners can sign up for Workspace Individual. The new countries will join this list.

A report says that as Workspace Individual grows, the company will add more features, such as Premium Meet, eSignatures in Google Docs, scheduling appointments, and flexible layouts in Gmail.
